If so, did you know that the most current version of “Know Your Numbers: What Story Does Your HSE Data Tell?" has step-by-step instructions on how to use GED Manager which includes GED Prep Connect and GED Analytics Lite, is now available on the Adult Education website. Scroll down on the page to Program Leadership and Management and it will be the first one posted.
Data Office Hours Recordings
The following upcoming Data Office Hours have been scheduled as indicated. Please follow the links below to register for each Data Office Hours session that you plan to attend.
GED Manager - Test Activity Report
If you want GEDTS to generate the Test Activity report with the voucher numbers for a specific date range or group of students, you can submit your request directly to Beverly Godwin (beverly.godwin@doe.virginia.gov) and copy Janet Jaufmann (jljaufmann@fcps.edu).
You will need to include: date range and other requirements. eg. list of students who Passed module or credentialed passing all subjects, or list of OnVUe only students etc.
