Register Now! Maryland's Virtual Training Institute Feb. 13-16

Maryland’s Department of Labor, Division of Workforce Development and Adult Learning offers the Virtual Training Institute twice annually to support improved learner outcomes in adult education. These opportunities provide targeted, innovative, and thoughtful professional development offerings for all adult education stakeholders. Participation is open to all and the content is offered at no cost. Sessions vary from 30-minute teaching tips to 1/1.5-hour conceptual discussions around topics specific to adult education. 

The next Institute will occur Monday, February 13, through Thursday, February 16, with webinars provided throughout the day. Registration is now open!

In addition, one of our Virginia programs, English Empowerment Center, is presenting on Thursday, Feb. 16 at 9:00 AM on supporting learners through student advising!
