Assists with the planning, assessment, instructional leadership, communication, community relations, and safety and administrative management required to manage the instructional and special programs, organization, and facilities of the assigned Fairfax County Adult High School and Completion programs; assists in ensuring equitable practices in day and evening school programs and operations at various sites, in support of achievement and well-being for all students; helps establish and maintain a welcoming environment that promotes a caring culture; maybe assigned management of a major administrative function.
