Virginia Career Works Referral Portal Training/Updates

New changes include: 

• Updated intake form. The universal intake questions will be gathered through a simplified form rather than a content workflow. 

• Local referrals. All referral resources will be specific to a location.  

• Professional notifications. Professionals who manage the local referral resource will receive an email notification when a new referral is received. 

• Referral status. Professionals will have the ability to update the referral status.
