Great meeting all! 😊 Thanks to Janet and Lori, as always, for presenting and helping to moderate the meeting!  Welcome Xavier to the bunch! Thank you to each of you as well for participating, sharing updates on your programming, and doing your part to ensure this year remains such a marked improvement over last year!

Finance Updates

Highlights:

  • We have completely spent down all of RACE & GAE!!!

  • Final approved SLCA Reimbursements due 6/3

  • AEFLA Year End Estimates due 6/13 (if you know you will spend everything down, email Lori directly)

  • Please review breakdown of upcoming Year End Due Dates:

    • 5/13 – Final AEFLA, C&I and Reallocated budget amendments due

    • 6/6 – Final SLCA reimbursement due

    • 6/9 – May monthly reimbursements, program income and match due

    • 7/11 – Final program income and match reports due

    • 8/1 – Inventory list for FY22 equipment purchases due

    • 8/1 – Physical inventory list for FY20 and FY21 due

    • 8/5 – Final AEFLA, C&I and Reallocated reimbursements due

    • 8/5 – Final AEFLA and C&I Career and Training reports due

    • 8/5 – One Stop report due

Highlights:

  • 2022-23 ASPD Coming Soon (including translations)

  • Janet will reach out directly with any Class Status Report issues

  • VDOE Data Training Recap - Attendance Upload to SSWS (voluntary, not required)

  • Download and Review GED Test Export from SSWS as well as Reportable Students List (Table 2A) to ensure your students are assigned to your program!

  • We are the top region in the state for requesting and using State GED Vouchers (Thank you Prince William!)
